Memory Wordart

This quote is so true of scrapbooking! We are trying to keep our memories forever within our pages. As the year winds down, there are so many things to reflect upon during the past year. I hope that you and your families have a wonderful, healthy and safe year ahead of you!

Christmas-y Word Art!

Ok, I know at this point there has already been so many Christmas freebies out there, that some of us are having nightmares about reds and greens! LOL! But...I really liked this quote, so I'm going to put it up anyway!

I going to try to put this Word Art up and hopefully Mediafire will work this week! Last week I kept trying to get the link to work, and it never did. If it works this week, I'll repost a new link to the Mel Brooks Word Art.

I can't get my spacing to work here, but I wanted to keep the two links separate....
so... I'll just write another line or two here! *sigh*
Well, I think I have the link fixed for the Mel Brooks "living" quote!

A fun quote!

I'm not sure if this is the exact quote or not, but Mel Brooks said something very similar to this during a "60 Minutes" interview. I loved this so much! So... I'm going to credit Mr. Brooks with this saying. :)
LINK IS FIXED!

Too much holiday!

Sometimes at this time of year it just seems like everything is happening at once! This little freebie I'm sure is something everyone can relate to at some point. Hope you can use it.

(I know...yes, I think I have listened to Aerosmith's "Sweet Emotion" one too many times...)

Wonders Word Art

With the holiday season upon us, I can't help but think of how much fun it is for children this time of year and everything that is going on around us. This Word Art can be used any time of year (I used the quote a few years ago on a summer photo), but it seems especially appropriate for the holidays. Enjoy!

He knows if you've bad or good...

Well, with Thanksgiving over, all the kids are going to trying their hardest to be good so Santa will bring them good gifts instead of a lump of coal. One year when my daughter was little, Santa did bring me a huge chunk of coal! She still talks about it today, one of her favorite Christmas memories.

Anyway, I thought this Word Art would be appropriate for this time of year! Hope you enjoy it!

Download is here.

In the spirit of the holiday season

Since this is Thankgiving weekend, marking the begining of a busy holiday season, I wanted to post some Word Art today that would remind us to stop every now and then and remember to feel thankful for all that we do have.

Why I wanted to blog

The reason I wanted to start up a blog was because I am admitted digiscrap "freebie hunter"! I felt that I really should to at least try to post something that others can download, as a way to say "thank you" to all those wonderful designers out there who have shared their talent and their time. I love fonts, and quotes, and song lyrics, so I figured that I could make some Word Art to share. Maybe some other things, too, but I'm not all that talented in my computer skills so for the most part, I'll be sharing Word Art. I hope somebody out there can use something I make once in a while.

Here is the link

OK... picture not so great

OK... so that picture is not so great... I'll have to try to find another one I like bettter. In the meantime, I'll use this one for now.

My first post

Ok, so this is my first post! I have no idea what I'm doing here, so anybody who reads this will just have to "bear with me"! I'm mostly doing this first post to get a picture on the blog to use as my blog profile picture.
